A 4am start from Sea scape began the long journey to Siargao. One day, two boats, two buses and an argument- filled tricycle ride later and we finally rock up at Cloud nine, Philippines surfing haven. Home to the annual national surfing tournament we were expecting there to be LOADS of people, but, like the rest of the Philippines, things were pretty quiet and very beautiful..
